Reactive Services

Our range of services is designed to respond to specific problems that have already arisen in the workplace.
These services are all:

  • Confidential- nothing you tell us will be passed on to anyone else unless you agree or can be used in any later company procedures or court action.
  • Voluntary - you only take part if you want to. 
  • Funded by the employees HR Department.

1) Telephone Coaching Support

‘It’s changed my way of thinking and how I work.’ 

  • Coaches employees how to resolve a personal corporate conflict situation.
  • Consists of a number of diarised telephone consultations between the disputant and the Conflict Specialist at Corporate Harmony. 
  • The number of sessions available will be dependent on the funding provided by the employees HR Dept.


2) Face To Face Coaching

  • Coaches employees how to resolve a personal corporate conflict situation.
  • Consists of a number of diarised face to face coaching sessions at work.
  • The number of sessions available will be dependent on the funding provided by the employees HR Dept.


3) Face to Face Mediation

‘A powerful process – it’s quite uncomfortable at times. It takes you out of your comfort zone; if it didn’t it wouldn’t do you any good.’

  • Provides a way of addressing disputes by helping both parties work together to arrive at a satisfactory solution to the conflict.
  • The aim is to maintain the employment relationship wherever possible.
  • Mediation is about the future, not the past or who was right or wrong.
